গুণগত নিশ্চয়তা
প্রতিটি গ্যাজেট ডেলিভারির আগে আমাদের টিম কার্যকারিতা, সত্যতা এবং শারীরিক অবস্থা যাচাই করে নেয়, যাতে ক্রেতাদের কাছে শুধুমাত্র প্রিমিয়াম ও অথেন্টিক পণ্য পৌঁছায়।
সাধারণ নীতি
ই-কমার্সের সাধারণ রীতি অনুযায়ী, “নন-ডিফেক্টিভ পণ্য ফেরত নেওয়া হয় না” । তবে যুক্তিসঙ্গত কারণ থাকলে ব্যতিক্রম প্রযোজ্য।
পণ্য পরিবর্তন
পরিবর্তনের শর্তাবলী:
নিচের যেকোনো ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য পরিবর্তন করা হবে—
১. পণ্য ত্রুটিপূর্ণ/নষ্ট হলে।
২. অর্ডারকৃত মডেল, রং বা সাইজের সাথে ডেলিভারিকৃত পণ্যের অমিল থাকলে।
৩. ভুল পণ্য পাঠানো হলে।
পরিবর্তনের প্রক্রিয়া:
১. ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে রিপোর্ট করুন: ডেলিভারির ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে ০১৯২৪৭৫৪১৩৯ এ ফোন / হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ করে জানান।
২. প্রমাণ জমা দিন: পণ্যের সমস্যার স্পষ্ট ছবি / ভিডিও পাঠান।
৩. পণ্য ফেরত পাঠান: ইনভয়েস ও অরিজিনাল প্যাকেজিং-সহ পণ্য ৩ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে আমাদের অফিসে পাঠান। নোট: আমাদের ভুল না হলে পরিবহন খরচ ক্রেতার দায়িত্ব।
৪. যাচাই ও পরিবর্তন: দাবি যাচাই শেষে ৩ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে নতুন পণ্য বিনামূল্যে ডেলিভারি করা হবে।
মূল্য ফেরত (অনলাইনে পেমেন্ট এর ক্ষেত্রে)
ফেরতের শর্তাবলী:
শুধুমাত্র নিচের ক্ষেত্রগুলিতে মূল্য ফেরত দেওয়া হয়—
১. পণ্যের মজুদ না থাকলে।
২. ক্রেতা অনলাইনে পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত হওয়ার ১২ ঘন্টার মধ্যে অর্ডার বাতিল করলে।
৩. আকাশ গ্যাজেটের পক্ষ থেকে অর্ডার বাতিল করা হলে।
ফেরতের প্রক্রিয়া:
১. বাতিলের অনুরোধ: পেমেন্টের ১২ ঘন্টার মধ্যে ০১৯২৪৭৫৪১৩৯ এ ফোন / হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ করুন।
২. ফেরত প্রক্রিয়াকরণ: যোগ্য হলে, বিকাশ / নগদ / রকেট বা মূল পেমেন্ট মেথডে ৩ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
৩. সময়সীমা: ফেরত সংক্রান্ত অভিযোগ ৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে জানাতে হবে; পরবর্তীতে গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নির্দেশনা
- ফেরত / পরিবর্তনের জন্য অরিজিনাল ইনভয়েস বাধ্যতামূলক।
- ডেলিভারির পর ক্রেতার কারণে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
- আকাশ গ্যাজেট যুক্তিহীন দাবি প্রত্যাখ্যানের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

Before dispatching any order, our team rigorously inspects each gadget for functionality, authenticity, and physical condition to ensure only premium, 100% genuine products reach our customers.
General Policy
In line with standard e-commerce practices, we follow a “No Return for Non-Defective Products” policy. However, exceptions apply under valid circumstances.
Product Replacement
Conditions for Replacement:
We offer replacements if:
1. The product is defective / damaged.
2. The delivered item does not match the ordered specifications (e.g., wrong model, color, or size).
3. An incorrect product is delivered.
Replacement Process:
1. Report Within 24 Hours: Notify us via call or WhatsApp 01924754139 within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Submit Evidence: Share clear photos / videos of the issue.
3. Return the Product: Send the item (in original packaging with the invoice) to our office within 3 business days. Note: Customers bear return shipping costs unless the error is ours.
4. Verification & Replacement: After validating the claim, a replacement will be dispatched within 3 business days at no extra cost.
Refund Policy (In case of online payment)
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are issued only in these cases:
1. The product is out of stock.
2. The customer cancels the order within 12 hours of payment confirmation.
3. Akash Gadget cancels the order due to unavoidable reasons.
Refund Process:
1. Cancellation Request: To cancel, call 01924754139 within 12 hours of payment.
2. Refund Initiation: If eligible, refunds will be processed via bKash / Nagad / Rocket or the original payment method within 3 business days.
3. Time-Bound Complaints: Refund-related issues must be reported within 7 business days; later claims will not be accepted.
Important Notes
- Original invoice / payment proof is mandatory for replacements/refunds.
- Tampered products or those damaged post-delivery are not eligible.
- Akash Gadget reserves the right to reject unreasonable claims.
